Martin Prechtl, our Head of Machining and Training Manager, has been with RK-tec for ten years! Ten years with a company is a reason to celebrate—and certainly not something to be taken for granted!
On September 1, 2025, Vincent began his apprenticeship as a precision machinist at RK-tec! It was finally time to get started! Although it’s been a few weeks since Vincent joined the company, he’s still approaching his work with great enthusiasm and dedication.
Just before summer break, things got lively again last Thursday for 27 students from Aiterhofen Middle School. The seventh graders visited our company together with their teachers, Ms. Blümel and Mr. Echinger. We were especially pleased that the principal, Mr. Dengler, didn’t want to miss this event either.
As part of the “Crafts Day” event organized by the Lower Bavaria-Upper Palatinate Chamber of Crafts, 14 seventh-grade students from Ittling Middle School, accompanied by their teacher, Ms. Weidner, visited us on Tuesday, July 8, 2025.
At the end of June, the 2025 State Association Conference of the Bavarian Metal Industry Association took place in Erlangen. During the executive board elections held at the conference, RK-tec founder and owner Richard Klostermeier was elected district master craftsman and will thus represent the Lower Bavaria district on the state executive board for the next five years.
