Some materials cannot withstand heat, and some contours cannot tolerate warping. In waterjet cutting, a high-pressure water jet mixed with an abrasive cuts through the material—without heat input, without changes to the material’s microstructure, and without hardening the cut edges. That is why it is our method of choice when a wide range of materials, dimensional accuracy, or delicate materials are required.

Can I just order the cutting service?

Yes—we welcome DXF/DWG-based cutting-only orders. However, we also handle the entire manufacturing process, right up to a ready-to-install assembly.

How precise is waterjet cutting?

The tolerance is less than 0.1 mm, which is precise enough for most contours and fits—and where tolerances are tighter, we combine the cutting process with mechanical finishing on our milling centers.
