Steel Construction in Accordance with EN 1090 EXC2
Load-bearing steel components need more than just a good weld: they need to be certified. With certification according to EN 1090 EXC2 and in-house production control, we deliver steel structures with CE marking—from machine frames to suspensions for overhead conveyor systems to platforms. The associated structural analysis and documentation are provided by our in-house design department.
For us, welding is part of the process
Waterjet cutting, mechanical machining on milling centers —before or after welding, depending on the requirements for tolerances and warpage. Customers who order the complete assembly receive a production sequence that is precisely planned in this order, rather than having to coordinate it themselves.
