Matthias – Contract Manufacturing

In contract manufacturing, every day is varied and challenging. I work on the DMG DMF 180 7—our largest 5-axis milling machine. That comes with a lot of responsibility, which I’m happy to take on. It makes me feel that both I and my work are valued. Working on the RK-tec team is just plain fun. It’s not a given in every company that all colleagues celebrate shared successes together. The working conditions—such as flexible hours, a time bank, and so on—also align perfectly with my personal life.
