Series: Automated Instead of Expensive

Recurring assemblies rely on repeatable parts. Our mass production delivers them: The HAAS VF4-SS 3-axis machining center is loaded by a robot, while the HAAS UMC-500SS 5-axis machining center is loaded via an integrated loading gantry—both can operate unmanned, at night, and on weekends. This allows us to combine volume-production pricing with the flexibility you need in case a component design does change.

What's Included: Instead of individual parts that you have to assemble yourself, we deliver the fully assembled, tested, and documented subassembly. This includes traditional contract manufacturing based on drawings—plus coordination, assembly, and responsibility for the entire project.

Does RK-tec also handle the procurement of standard and purchased parts?

Yes—we source bearings, drives, fasteners, and other purchased parts and install them directly. You provide the drawing; we deliver the finished product.

How does RK-tec ensure the quality of its assemblies?

About our ISO 9001-certified quality management system: dimensional and functional testing prior to shipment, laser marking for traceability, and documentation in accordance with your standards.

Does RK-tec also manufacture assemblies in series production?

Yes—part production is then automated using robotic loading and a loading gantry, and assembly is carried out in well-coordinated batches. This ensures that even recurring assemblies remain cost-effective.

What about surface treatment?

We perform blasting and vibratory finishing in-house; painting, powder coating, and hardening are handled by long-standing partner companies—coordinated by us and delivered as finished assemblies.
