Martin Prechtl, our Head of Machining and Training Manager, has been with RK-tec for ten years! Ten years with a company is a reason to celebrate—and certainly not something to be taken for granted!
Martin joined our company on October 1, 2015, as a milling machine operator and has been delivering first-class work and tireless dedication ever since. As a milling machine operator and CAM programmer, he has extensive experience and knows virtually all the tricks of the trade for manufacturing our parts efficiently and with the highest precision. Martin and the RK-tec team played an indispensable role, particularly during our move from Straubing to Aiterhofen in 2020, ensuring smooth operations and minimal downtime.
Martin’s professional—and thus certainly also his personal—development has not been neglected in recent years either: for some time now, Martin has served as training manager and has successfully overseen the development of our young talent, both in organizational and technical terms. In addition, as head of machining, Martin bears significant responsibility for one of our two key business divisions.
The fact that Martin has a well-balanced personality, always treats his colleagues fairly and openly, and—last but not least—maintains constructive and excellent relationships with his superiors and business partners is at least as important as his professional expertise.
