Precision Manufacturing – from the drawing to the
ready-to-install assembly

We don’t just manufacture parts. We take responsibility for sophisticated components, assemblies, and complete systems—whether through traditional CNC contract manufacturing based on your drawings or through series production with robotic loading. Years of manufacturing experience, state-of-the-art machining centers, and certified welders ensure that even extremely complex components turn out exactly as they should.

Frequently Asked Questions

What sets RK-tec's precision manufacturing apart from traditional contract manufacturing?

Our commitment: We don’t just deliver the milled part; upon request, we also provide a ready-to-install assembly—welded, assembled, labeled, and documented. Traditional contract manufacturing based on drawings is part of this, but it’s only the beginning.

What file formats can I send with a request?

We prefer SLDPRT, STEP, IGES, DXF, and DWG; CATPART, VDA, and IPT are also accepted. Our CAD/CAM programming using SOLIDCAM converts your data directly for CNC machining.

Does RK-tec manufacture individual parts and production runs?

Both. Individual parts and small production runs are processed on the standard machining centers, while larger production runs are handled by the 3-axis machining center with robotic loading and the 5-axis machining center with a loading gantry.

What materials does RK-tec process?

Aluminum, steel, stainless steel, tool steel, and special-purpose steel, as well as plastics—and, when using waterjet cutting, glass, Plexiglas, and stone.

Is RK-tec certified to perform welding work?

Yes: EN 1090 EXC2 with factory production control (FPC), welding certification in accordance with DIN EN 1090, and certified welders for MIG, MAG, and TIG

How soon will I receive a quote for my drawing?

Usually within a few business days after we receive all the required documents.
