What? Has it really been 10 years already? It sure has! Robert Tauscher has been with our company since April 1, 2014. What a fantastic anniversary!
Robert can certainly be described as our “go-to guy.” Whether it’s assembly in plant engineering or contract manufacturing, Robert knows how to get the job done. No wonder—after all, he’s spent his entire career in mechanical engineering and metalworking. Robert’s main responsibilities here include operating the saw, sheet metal fabrication, preparing raw materials for contract manufacturing orders, and overseeing the steel warehouse. When it comes to these tasks, no one can outdo him.
A decade can feel like an eternity—but for us, time with Robert flew by. That’s surely due in part to Robert’s calm, pleasant, and thoughtful nature. Although Robert is a rather quiet person, conversations with him are always profound, warm, and full of substance. Robert is simply a very kind and thoughtful person who appreciates and respects nature and his fellow human beings.
In his free time, Robert has so many hobbies that it’s hard for us to list them all. Let’s give it a try: nature lover, hiker, cyclist, sport shooter, podcast listener, occasional angler, and much more. Robert also volunteers with his clubs, serving on the board or in a sports management role. He also enjoys spending time with friends and acquaintances.
Robert, thank you so much for your loyalty and your great work! We hope you’ll stay with us for a long time to come. And, of course, we wish you good health. After all, that’s the foundation for everything else…
