In September, our new welding fume extraction system was finally put into operation.
We must pay particular attention to the health of our employees during welding work, as welding can produce gases that are harmful to health. We are therefore all the more pleased that our welding stations have been equipped with two exhaust hoods measuring 2.50 x 1.50 meters. Each hood has an extraction capacity of 3,000 m² per hour, and the extracted air is purified through a filter area of 100 m². To prevent heat loss, the system operates in recirculation mode during the winter and in fresh-air mode during the summer.
