On September 1, two apprentices began a new chapter in their lives at RK-tec. The two new colleagues started their apprenticeships as precision mechanics and technical product designers.
Thanks to internships they had completed beforehand, both new employees were already familiar with our company and most of the staff. Over the next few months, they will undergo basic training to acquire the foundational knowledge required for careers in metalworking. Afterward, they will move directly into the specialized departments, where they will learn the detailed skills necessary for a successful professional future. We wish our trainees a great start to their professional careers and a successful training program.
